【摘要】 目的:比较制霉菌素口服和外用两组给药方式治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取130例霉菌性阴道炎患者,并分为口服组、外用组各65例。在一般治疗的基础上,口服组给予制霉菌素片和氟康唑片口服治疗,外用组给予硝呋太尔-制霉菌素阴道栓治疗。结果:两组患者的临床疗效和治疗结束时的分泌物检查结果阴性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);口服组患者的复发率明显低于外用组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外用组患者的起效时间明显短于口服组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:制霉菌素口服与外部用药治疗霉菌性阴道炎的近期疗效相近,外部用药治疗起效较快,口服治疗远期疗效佳、复发率低,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical effects of oral administration and intravaginal therapy of nystatin dehydrate in treatment of colpitis mycotica.Methods:A total of 130 patients with colpitis mycotica were randomly selected and divided into oral administration group and intravaginal therapy group,65 patients in each group.Based on routine therapy,the patients in oral administration group were treated with oral administration of nystatin dehydrate and fluconazole pills,while the patients in intravaginal therapy group were treated with nifuratel-nystatin dehydrate vaginal suppository.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in clinical effect and negative rate of vaginal discharge test at the end of treatment between the two groups( P > 0.05).The recurrence rate in oral administration group was statistically significantly lower than that in intravaginal therapy group( P < 0.05);the onset time in intravaginal therapy group was statistically significantly shorter than that in oral administration group( P < 0.05).Conclusion:The short-term clinical effects of oral administration and intravaginal therapy of nystatin dehydrate in treatment of colpitis mycotica are similar,the onset time of intravaginal therapy of nystatin dehydrate is quicker,while the long-term clinical effect of oral administration of nystatin dehydrate is better,the recurrence rate is lower,which is worth popularization.更多还原
