脑出血大鼠模型中血清IL-1β的表达与脑水肿关系及意义探讨

【摘要】 目的利用脑出血大鼠模型探讨在脑出血后不同时间位点血清IL-1β的表达与脑含水量变化的关系及意义。方法通过自体血注入法制作稳定的高血压大鼠脑出血模型,在脑出血后不同时间位点测定其外周血血清中IL-1β的含量和脑含水量,分析其变化规律,进行相关性统计学分析,了解二者的相关性。结果 (1)ICH组大鼠血清IL-1β16 h~72 h出现明显高水平表达,与对照组相比有统计学差异,而脑含水量代表的脑水肿在24 h~72 h明显增高,与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),120 h时与对照组相比已经无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(2)血清IL-1β的表达水平与脑水肿二者变化规律存在正相关性(r=0.906,P<0.001)。结论脑出血大鼠模型中血清IL-1β变化趋势与脑含水量变化趋势一致,ICH后血清IL-1β水平可为临床选择手术还是保守治疗提供辅助判定依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To study on relationship between expression of peripheral blood serum IL-1β and the degree of cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive rats. Methods Making stable hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage model with autologous blood injection method in rats,determining serum IL-1 beta content and water content at different time after cerebral hemorrhage,analysis its change and correlation statistics,understand the correlation between the two variable function. Results In ICH rats,behavioral abnormalities were observed at all time points except at 120 h. ICH rats exhibited significantly increased serum IL-1β levels between 16 h and 72 h,and increased cerebral edema between 24 h and 72 h( all P < 0. 05 vs. sham-operated rats),no significant differences were found in the sham-operated group. Serum IL-1β and cerebral edema in the ICH group returned to baseline by 120 h. Serum IL-1β level were positively correlated with cerebral edema( r = 0. 906,P < 0. 001). Conclusion The serum IL-1 Beta levels trend consistent with water content changes in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage rat model,ICH serum levels of IL-1 β can be selected for clinical surgery or conservative treatment to complement this criterion.
