一种上层空间紫外线杀菌系统的照射效能评价
Radiation efficiency assessment for a kind of upper room ultraviolet germicidal irradiation system
【摘要】 目的 评价一种上层空间紫外线杀菌系统的照射效能。方法 在装有“思诺恒时TM室内空气杀菌系统”的模拟病房或诊室里,用紫外线辐射强度测量仪在杀菌系统正前方1.0 m处及左右各0.5、1.0、1.5 m及对面墙壁4.8 m处,以及上述每个点的上下5 cm和10 cm处测量紫外线辐射强度,并在约1.7 m的人面部高度测量该系统的辐射强度和剂量。紫外线照射强度>10μW/cm~2为有效杀菌强度;辐射剂量<0.2μW/cm~2为安全剂量。结果距离“思诺恒时TM室内空气杀菌系统”正前方1.0 m处的辐射强度为427μW/cm~2,其左右两侧(1.5 m)接近墙壁的位置辐射强度分别56μW/cm~2和58μW/cm~2,在正前方1.5、2.0 m和对面墙体即4.8 m处的辐射强度分别为179μW/cm~2、111μW/cm~2和70μW/cm~2。结论 上层空间紫外线杀菌系统是一种安全、高效的消毒工具,适用于呼吸系统传染病,特别是结核病感染控制。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the radiation efficiency of a kind of ultraviolet germicidal irradiation(UVGI)system at upper room.Methods In an simulation ward and clinic equipped with "SINOVOTM constant indoor air sterilization system",to measure the radiation intensity in the following points:1.0 m ahead of the system,0.5 m,1.0 m,1.5 m to the left and right side of the system,4.8 m of the opposite wall,and upper and lower5 cm and 10 cm of each points mentioned above,and also the facial radiation strength and dose of 1.7 m height people.The intensity over 10 μW/cm~2 is effective germicidal strength,and radiation doses of less than 0.2μW/cm~2 is safe dose.Results The radiation intensity is 427μW/cm~2 1.0 m distance ahead of "SINOVOTM constant indoor air sterilization system",56μW/cm~2 and 58μW/cm~2 in its left and right sides(1.5 m)close to the wails,179μW/cm~2,111μW/cm~2 and 70μW/cm~2 1.5 m,2.0 m ahead and 4.8 m at the opposite wall.Conclusion Upper room UVGI system is a safe,efficient disinfection tool which could apply to infection control of respiratory infectious diseases,especially for tuberculosis.
