数控机床数字积分插补法的优化与误差控制
The optimization of nc machine tool digital integral interpolation method and error control
【摘要】 数字积分法是目前数控机床普遍采用的插补方法,其在圆弧插补时存在着误差较大的缺陷。针对这一问题,对数字积分插补法误差进行了分析,提出其在数控车床圆弧插补时的优化与误差控制方法。该方法可以使得圆弧插补时两个轴的脉冲分配均匀、进给速度协调,从而缩小误差,提高插补精度。
【Abstract】 Digital differential Analyzer(DDA) is commonly used in interpolation of NC machine tool. But it exists larger error during arc interpolation. To solve this problem, interpolation error of DDA is analyzed, and optimization and error control methods in CNC lathe with arc interpolation are expounded. This method can make the pulse distribution uniform of two axes in arc interpolation, feed rate becomes coordinating, thereby reducing errors and improving interpolation accuracy.
