【摘要】 目的探究分析下颌第二磨牙远中邻面龋现状及其影响因素。方法回顾分析2013年1~12月于本院接受治疗的第二磨牙邻面龋患者500例的临床资料,使用Logistic回归分析法分析第二磨牙远中邻面龋和第三磨牙的阻生类型、患者年龄、性别及牙位等变量之间的关系。结果 500例下颌第三磨牙拔除病例中出现下颌第二磨牙远中邻面龋的患者105例,发生率21.00%;年龄(OR=1.05>1,P=0.00)、性别(OR=1.97>1,P=0.00)、下颌第三磨牙的Pell-Gregory颌平面分类及Winter分类分别为(OR=0.42<1,P=0.00)和(OR=2.42>1,P=0.00),以上四个变量进入Logistic回归方程。结论第三磨牙的Pell-Gregory颌平面分类、Winter分类、患者性别、年龄等都是第二磨牙远中邻面龋的影响因素,应尽早拔除高位、近中倾斜角较大的下颌第三磨牙,同时注意保持良好的生活习惯,预防第二磨牙远中邻面发生龋齿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the current situation and influence factors of centrifugal proximal caries of mandibular second molar. Methods Clinical datas of 500 patients with proximal caries of mandibular second molar who were treated in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2013 were selected as the study objects, Logistic regression analysis method was adopted in the analysis of correlation between impaction types, patients age, gender and tooth chart of mandibular centrifugal proximal caries of second molar and third molar, results of the study was summarized and made the conclusion. Results In the 500 tooth remove of third molar, there were 105 patients with centrifugal proximal caries of mandibular second molar, the incidence was 21.00%, age(P=0.00, OR=1.05>1), gender(P=0.00, OR=1.97>1), PellGregory mandibular plane classification and Winter classification of the mandibular third molar respectively(P=0.00,OR=0.42<1) and(P=0.00, OR=2.42>1), these four variables were entered into the Logistic regression equation. Conclusion Pell-Gregory jaw plan of mandibular third molar, Winter classfication, gender, age are all the influence factors of centrifugal proximal caries of mandibular second molar, so the high-order, slant angle mandibular third molar should be removed as soon as possible, and keep the good habit, so as to prevent the dental decay from happening in centrifugal proximal caries.更多还原
