【摘要】 目的调查分析我院2014年一季度存在的超说明书用药情况,并分析其原因,为促进我院合理用药提供数据。方法抽取我院2014年一季度处方35152张,根据药品说明书内容,判断是否超说明书用药;并分析超说明书用药的类型、超说明书用药产生的严重程度等。结果共抽取35152份处方,其中超说明书用药处方10630张,占30.24%;超说明书用药类型中居前三位的是:给药频次(49.19%)、给药剂量(40.45%)及给药途径(9.03%)。超说明书用药产生的严重程度以四级以下警示(轻微)为主。结论我院处方超说明书用药的情况较普遍,医院应构建相应的管理制度,规范超说明书用法用药程序。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the situation of off-label uses of prescription drugs so as to promote the clinical rational drug use in our hospital. Methods A total of 35152 prescriptions collected from our hospital of the first quarter of 2014 were analyzed in accordance with the contents of the related medicine instruction. The types of off-label uses of prescription drugs and its severity were analyzed. Results In 35152 prescriptions, there were 10630(30.24%) prescriptions that existing problems of off-label uses, the problems such as frequency(49.19%), dose(40.45%), and route of medication(9.03%) were among the top three types. The severity of the off-label uses of prescription drugs produced as below the level 4(minor). Conclusion The situation of off-label uses of prescription drugs was frequently seen in our hospital, the hospital shouid build corresponding managewent system and normalize the off-label uses program.更多还原
