【摘要】 目的探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)、糖类抗原-199(CA-199)水平在贲门癌复发、转移中的诊断价值及与化疗疗效的关系。方法收集2009年1月~2013年6月在我院化疗的贲门癌术后患者的临床资料,复发、转移者90例,无复发、转移者46例,评估两组患者血清肿瘤标志物的变化及复发转移组化疗前后肿瘤标志物变化与客观疗效的关系。结果 CEA、CA72-4阳性率在两组间具有显著性差异,CA-199阳性率在两组间没有显著性差异。CEA、CA72-4化疗前后的变化与客观疗效具有一致性。结论在贲门癌的复发转移中,CEA、CA72-4对诊断具有意义,而CA-199对诊断意义不大;化疗后CEA、CA72-4在判定化疗疗效时有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of serum CEA,CA-199 and CA72-4 in recurrence and metastasis with cardiac cancer,as well as the relationship with chemotherapy efficacy.Methods Serum levels of CEA,CA-199 and CA72-4 were measured by electrochemiluminescence assay.The clinical data of postoperative chemotherapy cardiac carcinoma were collected from our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013.The recurrent group included 90 patients,and nonrecurrent group included 46 patients.We evaluated the variation of serum tumor markers in two groups,analyzed the relationship between the changes of serum tumor markers pre and post chemotherapy in recurrencen metastasis group and chemotherapy efficacy.Results There were significant differences in positive rates of CEA,CA72-4 in recurrent group and nonrecurrent group,but there was no notable difference at CA-199.Variation of CEA,CA72-4 had a high coherence with chemotherapy efficacy.Conclusion There are diagnostic value of CEA and CA72-4 in recurrence and metastasis of cardiac cancer,but CA-199 not.they have reference value to predict the effect of chemotherapy.更多还原
