【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒能量图(CDEI)用于手部类风湿关节炎(RA)的实际应用价值。方法回顾性分析22例手部RA患者,共220个掌指关节及198个近端指间关节的影像学资料均完整,对其滑膜厚度、血流供应、以及关节情况进行分析,同时比较彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI)及CDEI对病变部位的显示效果。结果超声检查可显示本组病例共338个指关节积液(338/418,80.9%),273个滑膜增生(273/418,65.3%),CDFI及CDEI对滑膜血管增生的显示分别为48个(48/418,11.5%)和92个(92/418,22.0%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CDEI用于手部RA的影像学检查,对其特征性病变的显示率高于CDFI,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the practical application value of color Doppler energy imaging(CDEI) for hand rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Twenty-two patients with hand RA were analyzed retrospectively,whose 220 metacarpophalangeal joints and proximal interphalangeal joints imaging data were complete.Their synovial thickness,blood supply and joint conditions were analyzed,and meanwhile the display effects for lesions of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and CDEI were compared.Results Ultrasound examination could display 338 cases of digital joints effusion(338/418,80.9%) and 273 cases of synovial hyperplasia(273/418,65.3%).The numbers of cases of synovial hyperplasia displayed by CDFI and CEDI were 48(48/418,11.5%) and 92(92/418,22.0%) respectively,with statistically significant difference between-groups(P <0.05).Conclusion In the imaging examination of hand RA,CDEI showed higher lesion display rate than CDFI,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
