【摘要】 目的观察老年急性上消化道出血患者行内镜下止血的治疗效果,为临床治疗该类患者提供参考依据。方法对我院2010年10月~2013年10月收治的120例老年急性上消化道出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组60例与对照组60例,分别进行内镜下止血治疗与药物治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组副反应发生率、再出血率、平均住院时间分别为6.67%、1.67%、(6.01±1.30)d,显著低于对照组的30.00%、16.67%、(8.22±2.19)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下止血治疗老年急性上消化道出血患者,疗效确切,副反应较少,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic hemostatic treatment for elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and to provide a reference basis for the clinical treatment of those patients. Methods A total of elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding from October 2010 to October 2013 in our hospital were divided into 60 cases of treatment group and 60 cases of control group according to random number table method. The treatment group were treated by endoscopic hemostatic treatment, while the control group were treated with drug treatment, and the treatment effect of two group were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions, rehaemorrhagia ratio and average hospitalization time of treatment group were 6.67%, 1.67% and(6.01±1.30)d, which were significantly less than 30.00%, 16.67% and(8.22± 2.19) d of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic hemostatic treatment for elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding has curative effect,lessside effects and high security and it has clinical popularization value.更多还原
