【摘要】 目的探讨莫沙比利和黛力新治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床效果以及对患者心理状态影响。方法选取我院2011年5月~2013年4月收治的90例老年功能性消化不良患者进行实验。将所有患者随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组用莫沙比利和黛力新进行治疗,对照组仅用莫沙比利进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、哈密顿抑郁评分(HAMD)以及焦虑评分(HAMA)。结果实验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的71.42%(P<0.05);实验组治疗后HAMA得分(9.34±2.15)分,对照组治疗后HAMA得分(15.11±1.46)分;实验组治疗后HAMD得分(8.18±1.23)分,对照组治疗后HAMA得分(15.17±2.16)分,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论莫沙比利和黛力新联合治疗老年功能性消化不良总有效率高,对老年患者心理状态有积极影响,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Misprice and Dean it in treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia and the impact on the psychological state of patients. Methods During the selection of our hospital in May 2011 to April 2013, there were 90 cases of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia experiment. All of the participants were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The experiment group was treated with mosapride and dean it, the control group were treated only with Misprice, treatment effect, Hamilton depression score(HAMD)of two groups and anxiety(HAMA) were compared. Results In the experiment group, the total effective rate was 90.0%, higher than that of the control group 71.42%(P<0.05); HAMA score of experiment group after treatment was(9.34±2.15)scores,the control group was(15.11±1.46)scores; HAMD score of experiment group was(8.18 ± 1.23) scores,the control group was(15.17±2.16)scores, the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The total effective rate of Misprice and dean it on elderly patients with functional dyspepsia is high, has positive effect on the mental state of elderly patients, worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
