【摘要】 目的分析肾上腺损伤的影像学表现与CT和MRI对肾上腺损伤的诊断价值,为肾上腺损伤的诊断提供临床参考。方法以我院2010年3月~2013年6月间收治的40例肾上腺损伤患者为研究对象,分析所有患者的CT和MRI检查结果,对其影像学表现和损伤类型等进行对比研究。结果 CT和MRI的检查结果显示,肾上腺血肿是肾上腺损伤的主要病理表现,且以右侧为多发。血肿类型以局限性血肿为主,弥漫性血肿较少。结论 CT和MRI均能明确肾上腺损伤的病变类型,对于肾上腺损伤的定性和随访检查均具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of adrenal injury in MRI and CT, expected to provided a reference for the diagnosis of adrenal injury. Methods A total of 40 cases patients with adrenal injury which were treated in our hospital during 2010 to June 2013 as the objects for the study. Analyzed the CT and MRI test results and imaging findings of all patients, and the damage types of adrenal injury were compared. Results The results of CT and MRI detected showed that the adrenal hematoma was the main pathological manifestations of the patients with adrenal injury, and most were occurred in right side.The limited hematoma was a main type for adrenal hematoma while the diffuse hematoma was very few. Conclusion CT and MRI could define the lesion types of adrenal injury, and has an important clinical significance for the qualitative check and follow-up examinations of adrenal injury.更多还原
