【摘要】 目的提高圈形异物取出钳在异物切割中的效果,对WF-2417DTH软性内镜圈形异物取出钳进行改良。方法在活动手柄滑槽部安装一个铜柱,对外鞘软管进行加长1.5 cm,对内芯的硬性部分略加粗。结果增强了手柄的硬度,克服了切割时手柄打弯的缺点,使内芯回收更加彻底,切割更加完全,锁槽更加结实,内芯锁及焊接点更加牢固。结论改良后的圈形异物取出钳在体外切割实验中获得良好切割效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the WF-2417DTH flexible endoscopic circle foreign bodies forceps. Methods Install a metal columnar nail in the handle chute, to lengthen 1.5 cm for outer sheath hose and make forceps inner cores stronger. Results Enhanced the hardness of the handle, which will solve the bending of the forceps handles during the process of the treatment, make the recovery of forceps inner core more thoroughly, make the cutting more completely and make the handle chute stronger:make the lock inner core and point of weld more solid. Conclusion The modified flexible endoscopic circle foreign bodies forceps will get an excellent result in the in-vitro cutting studies.更多还原
