【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下经咽鼓管置管注药辅助治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果,及其对患者心理状况和生活质量的影响。方法选取突发性耳聋患者135例,随机分为两组。其中对照组63例,观察组72例。对照组患者实施全身激素治疗;观察组患者实施鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管置管注药。对两组患者治疗效果进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组;治疗第10天和第20天观察组患者听力值均明显高于对照组,上述比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜下咽鼓管置管注药的方法治疗突发性耳聋具有良好的效果,更有利于改善患者心理状况及生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of catheter injection through eustachian tube under nasal endoscope treating sudden deafness, and the influence on the psychology and life quality of patients. Methods A total of while 135 cases with sudden deafness were selected and divided into two groups randomly, the control group for 63 cases and the observation group for 72 cases. The control group received whole-body hormone therapy while the observation group were treated with catheter injection through eustachian tube under nasal endoscope. The treatment effect of two groups was evaluated. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group. When the patients were treated for 10 d and 20 d, the tone average of the observation group was evidently higher than that of the control group. The difference was evident, which had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Catheter injection through eustachian tube under nasal endoscope treating sudden deafness has good effect and improves the psychological status and the life quality of patients.更多还原
