【摘要】 目的探讨在解剖学教学过程中开放式案例库对医学生进行自主学习所起作用和效果及其与传统教学效果的对比。方法总结我院计算机教研室与解剖学教学团队创建的案例库结合网络课堂等教学引导方法,分析这些教学模式在解剖学教学中的作用。结果采用案例库教学的班级与采用传统教学法的班级理论成绩对比,卷面为百分制,二者分别为(88.67±2.35)和(72.49±1.96),差异有统计学意义(t=15.5426,P<0.05)。结论开放式案例库的运用效果明显优于传统教学法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on open in anatomy teaching process of case library for autonomous learning of medical students the role and effect, and its comparison with the traditional teaching effect. Methods Case teaching team computer department in our hospital and anatomy created combining network classroom teaching guide method, the analysis of these teaching model in anatomy teaching role. Results Case libraries using traditional teaching classes and teaching classes theoretical results contrast Juanmian as percentile, both were(88.67±2.35) and(72.49±1.96), t=15.5426, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of opening the case base is obviously superior to the traditional teaching method.更多还原
