【摘要】 目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合高压氧对脑创伤后脑梗死的临床疗效以及治疗安全性。方法将本院40例创伤后脑梗死患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各20例;两组均接受脱水、营养神经、纠正电解质紊乱等内科常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上联合高压氧,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上静脉滴注醒脑静,两组均以40 d为一个疗程,疗程结束后比较两组患者意识恢复时间、临床总有效率。结果观察组的意识恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合高压氧有理想的促醒作用,有效恢复神经功能,临床建议推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and therapeutic safety of Xingnaojing injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen for post-traumatic cerebral infarction. Methods The 40 cases post-traumatic cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group; both groups of the patients received dehydration, neuro nuturition drugs, correction of electrolyte disturbance and such medical conventional treatment, the control group combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group had intravenous drip of Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group therapeutic schedule, both groups had 40 d for a period of treatment, then compared patients’ consciousness recovery time,the clinical total effective rate of the two groups after the treatment. Results The consciousness recovery time of the observation group was much shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);The clinical total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen for post-traumatic cerebral infarction had ideal effect on promoting awake,effectively restored the nerve function.It was recommended in the clinical application.更多还原
