模糊算法在氯化釜温度控制中的应用

【摘要】 氯化聚乙烯生产过程中氯化釜温度具有非线性与滞后性等特点。通过对氯化釜温度的特点进行研究,提出了模糊控制算法。基于Siemens S7-400H与PCS7控制系统,实现了对氯化反应的集中控制,控制效果满足工艺中针对温度控制的要求。介绍了集中控制系统的配置、控制算法设计、模糊控制功能块的实现等方面,并将所采集的现场数据进行图形化重现。系统投入使用后,取得了很好的控制效果,实现了多釜并行生产的目标,显著提升了产品的质量。

【Abstract】 In production of chlorinated polyethylene,the temperature of chlorinated kettle features nonlinear and time delay. Through researching the characteristics of the temperature of chlorinated kettle,the fuzzy control algorithm is proposed. Based on Siemens S7-400H and PCS7 control systems,the centralized control for chlorinated reaction is realized,the control effects satisfy the requirements of temperature control for the technological process. The configuration of the centralized control system,the design of the control algorithm,and the implementation of fuzzy control function module are introduced,and the field data collected is reproduced graphically. Excellent control results are obtained after the system being put into operation,the target of multi-kettle parallel production is achieved,and the quality of product is significantly enhanced.
