基于STM32的铂热电阻桥式测温系统设计与实现

【摘要】 针对电传动实验中电机温度检测所遇到的问题,设计并实现了一种基于STM32的三线制PT100铂热电阻桥式测温系统,可以将测量结果通过CAN总线远程传输到任何具备CAN接口的设备,从而实现在线监测。为解决不平衡电桥和铂热电阻非线性带来的误差问题,该文采用精密电阻箱进行了阻值标定,将系统的测量结果用最小二乘法拟合得出一个关于温度和电压的多项式,并将测量结果在恒温箱中进行了比对,(0~250)℃范围内绝对误差控制在0.1℃以内,满足测量精度需求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of temperature measurement during the electric drive experiment,this paper proposed a temperature measuring system for platinum thermal resistance based on STM32 three-wire PT100. After dealing with the data it would be transmated through a CAN bus to anyone with CAN interface devices,inorder to realize online measurement. To solve the nonlinear error caused the problem of unbalanced bridge and platinum thermal resistance,this paper used the precision resistor for resistance calibration,and gave a polynomial about temperature and voltage. We compared the results of this method with the constant temperature box,the absolute error control within 0.1 ℃ during 0~250 ℃,which can meet the demand of measurement accuracy.
