基于PSoC的氨气浓度检测仪

【摘要】 介绍了片上可编程系统PSoC的特点,提出了基于PSoC的氨气浓度检测仪设计方案,详述了检测仪的硬件设计和软件功能实现。使用PSoC片上可编程的模块,结合二氧化锡氨气传感器TGS826,设计了传感器信号采样电路,实现了氨气浓度检测。氨气浓度可通过LCD现场实时显示或通过Modbus-RTU串行通讯传送给上位机。相比传统设计,该检测系统电路更加简洁,系统的可扩展性高。实验结果验证了设计方案的合理性。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the character of PSoC(programmable system on chip)and proposed a scheme for a new intelligent ammonia measurement. Both software and hardware design methods of measuring instrument were described in detail. The design of the ammonia sensor(TGS826)circuit and signal acquisition were based on PSoC chip programmable modules. Sampled data was showed on the LCD screen or communicated to master computer by serial communication based on Modbus-RTU(remote terminal unit). Compared with the present measuring instrument,it had compact circuit and high scalability. Experimental results demonstrated that this design scheme was valid and feasible.
