基于最小二乘法舵机测控参数的修正
The Correction of Steering Gear Monitoring and Control Parameters Based on the Method of Least Squares
【摘要】 本文针对使用电位器作为角度传感器的测控系统。角度的实际值与电位器的电压采样值呈线性关系,但测控环境中存在较多干扰,使实际值和采样值偏离设定的线性关系。为了提高控制器控制性能,需要修正控制器运行参数,本文采用最小二乘法[1]处理采样数据,以提高曲线拟合和修正控制器参数。
【Abstract】 The potentiometer is used in this paper as an angle sensor monitoring and control system. And the relationship between voltage sampling value of potentiometer and the angle actual value is linear, but there are more interferences in the measurement and control environment, cause the relationship of the actual value and the sampled value deviating from the set of linear relationship. In order to improve the performance of the controller control, the controller operating parameters need to fix. This paper uses the method of least squares treatment sampling data to improve the curve fitting and correct controller parameters.
