【摘要】 目的观察急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的疗效。方法分析2012年1月~2013年9月对78例AMI患者进行急诊PCI临床资料。结果 74例急诊PCI成功,手术成功率94.9%,失败4例,其中死亡1例,死亡率为1.28%,死亡原因为心源性休克。结论急诊PCI治疗AMI成功率高,效果显著,并发症少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore the emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)with the curative effect of treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods analyze of clinical data of 78 cases of patients with AMI from January 2012 to September 2013 to the emergency PCI. Results 74 cases of successful emergency PCI,94.9% success rate of surgery,complications occurred in 4 cased,1 case death, mortality was 1.28%,the case of death for cardiac shock.
