土壤水分、淹水深度与盖土厚度对抗药性耳叶水苋种子出苗的影响

【摘要】 在智能温室内采用盆栽试验方法,研究土壤含水量、淹水深度及盖土厚度对抗苄嘧磺隆和敏感耳叶水苋(Ammannia arenaria)生物型种子出苗的影响。结果表明,2种耳叶水苋生物型种子在土壤含水量15%以下不能出苗,在含水量25%~40%条件下出苗率较高,可达77.9%~91.1%。耳叶水苋的种子对淹水环境具有较强的适应能力,在0.2~6.4 cm水层下均可以正常萌发,但水下的耳叶水苋幼苗不能长高,萌发后60 d也不会腐烂死亡。

【Abstract】 Pot experiments were conducted at an automatic greenhouse to determine the effects of soil moisture,submersion depth and soil depth on seed germination of bensulfuron-methyl resistant and susceptible Ammannia arenaria. Neither biotype germinated when the soil moisture content was under 15% but the germination rate could reach 77. 9% ~ 91. 1% when soil moisture was between 25% ~ 40%. A. arenaria seeds had strong adaptability to submersion being able to germinate when submersed at depths between 0. 2 ~ 6. 4 cm. However,young seedlings growing under water failed to grow higher although they did not rot or die even 60 days after germination.
