陕西省财产保险需求影响因素研究

【摘要】 本文在对我国保险现状分析的基础上对陕西省的财产保险发展现状进行研究。采用定性分析与定量分析相结合,理论分析与实证分析相结合对陕西省的财产保险发展进行实证分析。首先运用聚类分析方法分析陕西省保险需求在全国所处的发展水平。通过横向比较分析陕西省和北京市及全国的财产保险发展差距;通过纵向比较进一步对陕西省的财产保险发展现状与其过去发展情况进行比较并预测其未来发展趋势。然后分析陕西省财产保险需求的影响因素,并对其影响方向和程度进行分析。继而采用岭回归法建立回归模型进行实证分析。最后在对实证分析结果进行分析的基础上提出进一步促进陕西省财产保险需求的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Upon the analysis of current situation of our country’s insurance development,this paper makes a study on the property insurance development in Shanxi province,by means of both qualitative- quantitative analysis and theoretical- empirical analysis. First,it analyzes the level of Shanxi province’s insurance demand through clustering analysis. By horizontal comparison,the gap of property insurance growth between Shanxi province and Beijing as well as the whole country is found. From a longitudinal dimension,the authors compare the current development of Shanxi province’s property insurance with that of its past,and forecast the future tendency of it. Then the authors analyze the factors that influence the demand of property insurance in Shanxi province,at the meantime the orientation as well as the degrees of the factors are discussed. Next,the authors establish a Regression Model by means of ridge regression. In the end,on the basis of the empirical analysis result,the authors put forward some suggestions to improve the demand of property insurance in Shanxi province.更多还原
