【摘要】 郁金香基腐病是郁金香种球在储藏期和生长期发生的严重病害,引起郁金香种球栽种后不出芽或者生长期间茎叶枯萎死亡。本研究采用郁金香基腐病病菌的转录间隔区序列,设计了特异性引物,建立并优化了常规PCR检测方法。结果表明,该方法能够特异性检测到郁金香种球中存在的郁金香基腐病病菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tulip bulb rot disease usually occurs seriously during storage and growth of tulip bulbs, wh ich brought symptoms of no sprouts or leaf and stem blight on tulip bulbs. Inter-genic transcribed spacer of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. tulipae was analyzed and the PCR primers were designed, and optimized detection method for the pathogen were developed.更多还原
