哈尔滨市水稻抗瘟基因利用价值与其品种抗瘟基因型联合分析

【摘要】 为明确哈尔滨市水稻抗瘟基因利用价值和水稻品种抗瘟基因型情况,应用常规接种,结合SSR(simple sequence repeat)标记复检。结果显示,供试的24个抗瘟基因中,利用价值最高的抗瘟基因为pi-9(t)、pi-ta2、pi-Z5和pi-12(t),利用价值最低的抗瘟基因为pi-a、pi-ta、pi-i和pi-kp。12个水稻品种中出现抗瘟基因12个。其中,抗瘟基因pi-k出现频率最高,龙稻5号可能含有pi-ks、pi-1、pi-19和pi-sh等4个基因,五优稻4号可能含有pi-k、pi-7和pi-19 3个基因,东农425可能含有pi-a、pi-k和pi-7 3个基因,绥粳7号、龙盾105和龙粳21等可能只含有上述基因中的1个。

【Abstract】 Normal regulation inoculation and simple sequence repeat(SSR) were used to understand utilization value of R-genes against Pyricularia oryzae and R-genes type in rice varieties in Harbin city. Results indicated that among 24 Rgenes, P. oryzae, pi-9(t)、 Pi-ta2、 pi-Z5and pi-12(t) were high resistance, and pi-a、pi-ta、pi-i and pi-kpwere low resistance. The results indicated that there were 12 R-genes emerged in 12 rice varieties with top frequency of pi-k, and there were pi-ks、 pi-1、pi-19 and pi-sh in Longdao5, there were pi-k、pi-7 and pi-19 in Wuyoudao4, there were pi-a、 pi-k and pi-7 in Dongnong425, and there was only 1 R-gene mentioned above in Suijing7, Longdun105 and Longjing21.
