MicroRNAs与系统性红斑狼疮发病机制相关性的研究进展
A System Review on the Association between MicroRNAs and the Pathogenesis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
【摘要】 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种自身免疫性疾病,以产生针对多种器官的自身抗体为特点。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一种非编码的单链小分子RNAs,主要参与基因转录后水平的调控。miRNAs作为转录调节器参与SLE的发病环节。本文主要从DNA低甲基化、Ⅰ型干扰素通路、调节性T细胞、雌激素四个方面,对miRNAs与SLE发病机制相关性及其研究进展进行综述。
【Abstract】 Systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE) is a prototypic autoimmune disease,characterized by the production of autoantibodies against multiple organs. MicroRNAs( miRNAs) are non-coding,single-stranded small RNAs that post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression. MiRNAs is involved in the pathogenesis of SLE as a transcriptional regulator. This review discussed the association between the role of miRNAs and the pathogenesis of SLE,with focus on the DNA hypomethylation,type I interferon pathways,regulatory T cells,and estrogen,as well as new research issues in these fields.
