【摘要】 目的观察美容手术联合电离子机治疗女性外阴部汗管瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2011年2月-2013年1月来本科就诊的5例女性阴部汗管瘤患者,予美容手术联合电离子治疗,术后6个月时判定疗效。结果术后6个月时随访,治疗1次即痊愈者4例,治疗2次痊愈者1例,治愈率100.00%。1例(20.00%)遗留有浅表瘢痕。结论美容手术联合电离子治疗女性外阴部汗管瘤的疗效好,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation of curative effect on female pudendum syringoma patients cured by cosmetic surgery and ionization therapy. Methods To cure five patients of pudendum syringoma by cosmetic surgery and ionization therapy. The patients came to our division from February 2011 to January 2013. Six months after their therapy to follow up and assess the curative effect. Results Six months after their surgery,four patients were cured by only once therapy,and one patient was cured twice and recovery rate are 100%.One patient has superficial scar at region pudendalis. Conclusion Curative effect on pudendum syringoma is better by cosmetic surgery and ionization therapy and it’s adverse reaction is low.更多还原
