【摘要】 目的探讨青鹏软膏联合丁酸氢化可的松外用治疗慢性湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法选择2012年7月-2013年1月在本科门诊就诊的75例慢性湿疹患者,用随机数字表法将其分为外用青鹏软膏联合丁酸氢化可的松治疗组(43例)和单用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外搽的对照组(32例),均连续治疗3周后判定疗效,随访2周观察复发情况和记录不良反应。结果治疗3周后,治疗组有效率(81.40%)和对照组(78.12%)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。停药2周后,治疗组复发率(5.71%)明显低于对照组(28.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青鹏软膏联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗慢性湿疹的疗效好,复发率低,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of Qingpeng ointment combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods From July 2012 to January 2013,75 patients with chronic eczema were enrolled,and then a randomly controlled trial was performed. The cases were divided into treatment group( 43 cases) treated by topical use of Qingpeng ointment combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream and control group( 32cases) treated by hydrocortisone butyrate cream alone. The external applications were taken daily for a period of 3 weeks,then 2 weeks follow-up were performed to evaluate their efficacy. Results After 3 weeks treatment,the effective rate was 81. 40% in treatment group and 78. 12% in control group,without significant difference( P > 0. 05). After 2 weeks drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate was obviously lower in treatment group( 5. 71%) compared to control group( 28. 00%)( P < 0. 05).
