【摘要】 目的探讨Survivin,CyclinD1和Caspase-3在皮肤扁平苔藓(lichen planus,LP)中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法对30例皮肤扁平苔藓患者皮损和10例正常人对照皮肤中Survivin,CyclinD1和Caspase-3的水平进行了检测。结果皮损中三者的阳性表达率均明显高于正常皮肤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30例LP患者皮损的Survivin和CyclinD1的表达具有明显的相关性(P<0.05),Survivin和Caspase-3之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 Survivin,CyclinD1和Caspase-3在皮肤扁平苔藓中表达上调。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin,CyclinD1 and Caspase-3 in LP lesional skin. Methods The expression of Survivin,Caspase-3,CyclinD1 in 30 cases LP skin tissue and ten normal skin tissue were detected by immunohistochemical stain. Results Positive rates of Survivin,CyclinD1,Caspase-3 in LP lesions were significantly higher than those in normal skin( P < 0. 05). Spearman analysis showed that Survivin and CyclinD1 expression had the obvious correlation( P < 0. 05),Survivin and Caspase-3 expression had no correlation( P > 0. 05).
