【Abstract】 A 35-year-old female presented with rashes on the trunk and limbs for two months.She had no family history of psoriasis and had been diagnosed as psoriasis at local hospital,and was treated with many drugs without any improvement.The Auspitz sign was negative.Direct microscopy showed no fungus on skin lesions on the chest and back.RPR was 1:128 and TPPA was 1:640.The diagnosis was made as secondary syphilis.The patient was treated with benzathine penicillin for 3 months.Telephone follow-up revealed that some skin lesions disappeared.Patient is still in follow-up.更多还原
