考虑岩体质量分级的地下采场稳定性研究

【摘要】 为有效预防和减少地下采场失稳事故,在采场稳定性分析中,将围岩质量特性与开采实际相结合,利用基于距离判别的岩体质量模糊评价法,建立岩体质量分级模糊综合评价模型。将该模型用于三山岛新立矿区地下采场岩体质量分级,用Surpac软件显示岩体质量分级结果。针对岩体质量不稳定区域,运用Hoek-Brown准则和工程岩体分级标准对不同质量等级矿岩的物理力学参数进行折减,结合采场开采方案,采用有限元模拟软件建立不稳定区域采场数值模拟计算模型,分析不稳定区域开采引起的位移及应力变化。结果表明:该矿区不稳定区域采场可能发生顶板冒落失稳和上覆岩层整体下沉失稳。针对这2种失稳形式采取锚杆支护与位移监测措施,以确保矿山安全、稳定开采。

【Abstract】 To prevent and decrease accidents effectively,both stope surrounding rock quality characteristics and mining practice are combined were considered in analyzing underground stope stability. Using the distance discrimination-based rock mass quality fuzzy evaluation method,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built for rock mass quality classification. Underground rock mass quality classification was made by using the model for Xinli district of Sanshandao mine. The result of rock mass quality classification was displayed by Surpac software. In view of existing unstable rock mass regions in the district,a finite element numerical model was established to calculate the displacement and stress variation. The result shows that both stope roof collapse and subsidence of overburden rock layer might occur while mining in unstable rock mass regions,which conforms with reality.
