【摘要】 目的观察止嗽散治疗乳腺癌全麻术后相关性咳嗽的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的术后咳嗽患者分为中药止嗽散(观察组52例)和雾化吸入(对照组53例)治疗2组,疗程3天。比较2组治疗方法的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94.2%,对照组总有效率为77.4%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论止嗽散治疗乳腺癌全麻术后相关性咳嗽疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhisou San on the treatment of cough of breast cancer patients after general anesthesia. Methods: 105 patients who matched with criteria were randomly divided into two groups,52 patients in treatment group and 53 patients in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Zhisou San while the control group was treated with atomization inhalation. 3 days was a course. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effectiveness rate of the treating group was 94. 2% while that of the control group was 77. 4%. The difference between the two groups had a statistic significance( P < 0. 05). The symptoms of the treating group obviously improved. The effectiveness of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).
