【摘要】 目的探讨广东省中山市城区儿童性早熟发生情况及影响因素,旨在为性早熟的预防干预提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法选择2012年10月-2013年10月对中山市符合条件的730例儿童为研究对象,由3名专科医师进行质量控制,应用SPSS 18.0统计软件包进行描述性统计和二分类Logistic回归分析。描述中山市儿童性早熟发生情况及影响因素。结果中山市儿童性早熟发生率为1.51%,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,大量服用营养滋补品、使用成人化妆品和很少运动是女童发生性早熟的危险因素。结论中山市性早熟发生率较高,且受多种因素影响,应根据目前的国情采取针对性干预措施,做到合理膳食,避免大量服用营养滋补品,正确对待市面上的成人化妆品,劳逸结合,鼓励儿童多参加运动。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To discuss the occurrence and its influencing factors of child precocious puberty.【Methods】730 cases children from October 2012 to October 2013 in zhongshan city were selected as the research objects by using stratified cluster sampling method,and they conformed to the conditions of by three quality control specialist, we found the precocious child occurrence and influencing factors by descriptive statistics and classified using SPSS18.0 statistical package Logistic regression analysis to.【Results】The precocious puberty occurrence of zhongshan city was 1.51%, the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that a large number of taking nutritional supplements, using adult cosmetics and rarely movement were sexual precocious risk factors of the girls.【Conclusion】The incidence of precocious puberty of zhongshan city is high, and it was affected by many factors, we should according to the current state of the corresponding intervention measures, achieve rational diet, avoid taking many nutrition tonic,,treat adult cosmetics on the market, right mix, encourage children to participate in sports.更多还原
