【摘要】 目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的生存质量及其影响因素,为提高患儿的生存质量提供理论依据。方法使用儿童生存质量测定量表(pediatric quality of life inventory TM version 4.0,PedsQL TM 4.0)中文版普适性核心量表、自制家庭环境量表对儿童及其父母评估。对92例ADHD患儿和88例正常儿童进行生存质量和家庭环境的病例对照研究。结果 ADHD儿童生存质量评分总分比对照组低,父母报告评分总分比对照组低。ADHD儿童父母的生存质量在生理、心理、社会关系、环境4个领域中都明显低于正常组父母。儿童的生存质量受父母的文化程度、家庭教养方式、父母间关系和社区环境等因素影响。结论 ADHD组儿童的生存质量受到明显的影响,应进一步完善ADHD儿童的治疗方案,为患儿及其家庭成员提供更多的支持和帮助,提高ADHD儿童的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore the quality of life and related factors in children with Attention Deficit Hperactivity Disorder,hence provide theoretical basis for improving their quality of life.【Methods】92 ADHD children as the case group,and 88 healthy children as the normal control group.Two groups and their parents were tested by the pediatric quality of life inventoryTM version 4.0 generic core scale(Chinese version) and the family environment scal(FES).【Results】The ADHD children had significantly lower scores of PedsAL TM 4.0 than that of the healthy children.The Parent Proxy-Report total score of the ADHD children was also lower than the normal controls.The result of FES also showed that physical health,psychological,social relationship and enviroment domains in the parents of ADHD children were significantly lower than the normal controls. The quality of life in ADHD children had correlation with the cultural level of parents,the ways of family education,relationship of parent and community environment.【Conclusion】Our data showed that the quality of life of children with ADHD had significant correlation with different items.For improving their quality of life and providing support and assistance,we should improve the treatment system of ADHD children.更多还原
