富石英粉体热释光陷阱参数对等效剂量的影响
Influence of Thermoluminescence Trapping Parameter From Abundant Quartz Powder on Equivalent Dose
【摘要】 本文使用RGD-3B型热释光仪,获得富石英粉体的发光曲线。在5K/s的升温速率下,发光曲线呈现448、551、654、756K4个峰。用多种升温速率法确定4个发光峰的激活能、频率因子和陷阱电子寿命。在一定激活能范围(0.7~1.86eV)内,随激活能的增加,等效剂量呈指数增大。温度在548~608K,等效剂量从54Gy增至485Gy;在608~748K,等效剂量随温度的升高变化不大,在531Gy附近波动。
【Abstract】 Glow curves of abundant quartz powder were obtained with the RGD-3Bthermoluminescence(TL)reader.TL peaks with 448,551,654,756K were identified at the heating rate of 5 K/s.The activation energy,frequency factor and lifetime of trapped charge were evaluated at ambient temperature for four peaks by the method of various heating rates.Within a certain range of activation energy,the equivalent dose increases exponentially with the activation energy.The equivalent dose increases from 54Gy to 485Gy with the temperature from 548Kto 608K,and it fluctuates around 531Gy with the temperature from 608Kto 748K.
