【Abstract】 Chinese Nationality Law doesn’t accept dual nationality,which has evoked persistent opposition among oversea Chinese and the related people as well as the intellectuals.Members of the national committee of CPPCC and the democratic parties have repeatedly made proposals for lifting the ban but in vain,due to the veto from the Standing Committee of NPC and some quasi-Bgovernment scholars.A review of the related researches might offer a better understanding of the issue.更多还原
