【摘要】 随着国内研究生招生规模的扩大,人们也为频发的学术不端事件深感忧虑。为保证研究生培养质量,应采取有效措施防治研究生学术不端行为。学术自律固然重要,但光靠自律不能解决问题;防范学术腐败他律比自律更重要,但他律须经由自律奏效;宜将他律制度规范化、常态化,自律、他律与惩处相结合,方能取得实效。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the expanded enrollment of postgraduate students,the frequent occurrences of academic misconducts arouse much concern.Effective measures must be taken to prevent and harness this kind of behaviors.Mere academic self-discipline cannot solve the problem although it is important.In preventing academic corruption heteronomy is more effective than self-discipline,with the former functioning via the latter.Thus it is proposed that heteronomy be institutionalized and regularized and that self-discipline,heteronomy and punishment be coordinated to achieve sound effect.更多还原
