【摘要】 本文对比分析湖北、安徽、江苏、吉林、陕西、内蒙、广东、广西等八省"评分办法"与《计算机辅助普通话水平测试评分试行办法》,将其间存在的问题分为人工测试阶段遗留问题和机辅测评新问题两类。本文认为,各省"评分办法"在细化和调整过程中突显的"定量"取代"定性"、"概念理解不明"等问题致使其"评分办法"一定程度偏离了国家标准。只有深入理解标准、确保"性""量"结合、准确把握概念、认清"说话"性质,方能提高标准科学性,规避评测机械性,提高评测信度和效度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article makes a contrastive analysis of the scoring methods of eight provinces,namely Hubei,Anhui,Jiangsu,Jilin,Shaanxi,Inner Mongolia,Guangdong and Guangxi, and The Scoring Trial Implementation of Computer-aided Putonghua Proficiency Test,The Scoring classifying the problems found into two types: leftover problems of manual test and new problems of computer-aided test. The article concludes that the scoring methods of the eight provinces deviate to some degree from The Scoring Trial Implementation and The Putonghua Proficiency Test Syllabus in the process ofrefinement and adjustment,due to the adoption of quantification in place of qualification and the unclear conceptual understanding. The high standard of scientificity, the circumvention of mechanical test,and the promotion of test reliability & validity are possible only on the basis of a good understanding of the standard,the combination of quantification and qualification,and the clear understanding of the concepts & features of speaking.更多还原
