旋挖钻机桅杆疲劳试验机的设计与研究

【摘要】 针对旋挖钻机关键结构桅杆,设计了一套专门测试桅杆疲劳强度的试验系统,以查找应力危险部位,改善设计结构并减少桅杆开裂开焊故障。该研究创新设计的卧式加载方案,既能通过各工况载荷的单项疲劳实验,也能通过工况循环的疲劳实验,并首次引入空簧支撑系统,可满足10余种不同型号桅杆的试验要求,并很好解决了试验过程中桅杆自身重力产生的多余力的影响。主要介绍了卧式试验系统加载方案、整机结构设计、工作原理、液压系统设计和伺服控制系统。

【Abstract】 A special fatigue strength test system is designed for the mast of rotary drilling rig. The purpose is to find the stress dangerous position to improve design and reduce the cracking and open welding faults of mast. The horizontal loading design is to realize a single fatigue experiment or a cycle fatigue test with loads. And the air-spring supporting system is introduced to solve the influence of surplus force that is caused by the mast own gravity and can meet the requirements of different types of mast. This paper mainly introduces the horizontal loading test system programs,the whole structure design,the working principle,the hydraulic system design and servo control system.
