基于AMESim的高压水射流切割系统压力流量稳定特性分析
Stability Analysis of Pressure and Flowrate for a High Pressure Waterjet Cutting System Based on AMESim
【摘要】 利用AMESim软件对所设计的高压水射流切割系统的压力流量稳定特性进行了建模与仿真分析,得到了系统流量、压力和稳压容器的容积对输出稳定性的影响规律。研究表明,所设计的系统具有较好的压力流量稳定特性。
【Abstract】 The stability of the pressure and flow rate of a high pressure waterjet cutting system designed was simulated by using the software AMESim. The effects of the flowrate and pressure of the system as well as the volume of the pressure stabilizing vessel on the output stability were analysed. The simulation shows the system can ensure a good stability of pressure and flowrate.
