电液比例换挡阀特性试验研究
Characteristic Test of Electro-hydraulic Proportional Valve for Shift
【摘要】 为了提高自动变速器中离合器缓冲控制的精度,设计了一种电液比例换挡阀。分析了其基本结构和工作原理,在不同的电磁阀供电电压下对其进行了阶跃响应试验,得到了换挡阀的电流-压力特性以及不同供电电压下输出压力建压和卸压时间,试验结果表明:换挡阀满足实际使用要求,并针对试验结果提出了改进方案。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the control precision of the clutch buffer for the automatic transmission,an electrohydraulic proportional valve is proposed.Its basic structure and working principle are analyzed,and step response tests are carried out at different supply voltages for the solenoid valve.The characteristics between the solenoid current and the pressure,and the pressure building / releasing response time of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve are obtained through the tests.The results show that the electro-hydraulic proportional valve meets the actual requirement and can be improved based on the results.
