【摘要】 目的观察膝部骨折术后进行早期康复的效果。方法选取我院2009年12月至2012年12月期间收治的膝部骨折患者104例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者51例,在骨折患者骨位稳定后进行康复治疗;观察组患者53例,在骨折手术后第2天进行康复治疗。比较两组患者的康复效果。结果对照组患者的膝关节活动质量优良率为82.4%,观察组患者的膝关节活动质量优良率为96.2%,两组患者的膝关节活动质量优良率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于膝部骨折患者,在手术后早期进行康复治疗,有助于膝关节功能的恢复,该康复思路具有在临床上应用的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the fracture of the knee by early postoperative rehabilitation. Methods Selected admitted in our hospital in December 2009 to December 2012 during the fracture of the knee in patients with 104 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 51 cases of control group patients, rehabilitation treatment in patients with bone fracture stability; the observation group of 53 patients, rehabilitation treatment in second days after fracture operation.
