【摘要】 目的通过探讨硝酸甘油软膏治疗肛裂的多中心随机对照并分析。方法针对本次相关研究我院特将于2013年5月至2013年12月来我院进行相关治疗的共计100例的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的相关肛裂患者,在研究当中我院对其采用随机抽样分组的方式将其分为两组,在对相关患者施以常规扩肛手术的基础之上,于在患者的肛裂创面对患者进行外用硝酸甘油软膏的方式治疗其中的50例患者,并将其为研究治疗组,而对另外患者施以单纯扩肛治疗的共计50例患者,并将其为研究对照组。结果对其100例患者进行相关随访的时间大约为3~6个月的时间。其中治疗组出现复发的患者共计3例,取得的治愈率达到94.0%,而对照组所出现的复发患者共计10例,所取得的治愈率达到80.0%,两组所取得的相关数据之间的比较差异十分具有统计学方面的意义,P<0.05。结论肛裂进行扩肛手术之后剩余的局部再采取外用的方式施以硝酸甘油软膏,这十分有利于患者所出现肛裂方面的相关治愈,并且还能有效的减少相关并发症的诸多发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of anal fissure nitroglycerin ointment multi center randomized control and analysis method to study the related. Methods From May 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital were treated a total of 100 cases of Ⅱ, Ⅲ stage related anal fissure patients, the study of the random sampling the grouping way will be divided into two groups, on the basis of conventional anal operation to the patient, in patients with anal fissure and face were treated by external nitroglycerin ointment way in 50 patients, and takes it as the research group, and the other patients with anal dilation therapy a total of 50 patients, and takes it as the research group.
