【摘要】 目的观察氯沙坦对高血压合并左房轻度增大无房颤病史患者的房颤(AF)初发预防作用,并探讨其机制与安全性。方法将202例高血压并左房增大患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各101例,治疗组给予口服氯沙坦,对照组则给予硝苯地平缓释片;每周门诊随访一次。结果经过治疗并随访2年后治疗组的房颤发作率低于对照组,左房内径小于对照组,有显著性差异((P<0.05);2组血压均控制良好,无显著性差异(P>0.05),不良反应发生情况类似,患者均可耐受。结论氯沙坦对高血压并左房轻度增大者可有效预防房颤初发,作用持久,无严重不良反应发生,可以有效、安全地应用于临床,其可能机制为改善心房重构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the preventive effect of losartan on the onset of atrial fibrillation in treating patients with hypertension and slightly increased left atrial and without a history of atrial fibrillation, and to explore the mechanism and safety.Methods The 202 cases of high blood pressure with left atrial enlargement were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 101 cases in each group, the treatment group received losartan, in the control group were treated with nifedipine;outpatient follow-up once a week.Results After treatment and follow-up of 2 years the onset of atrial fibrillation rate in the treatment group lower than the control group, left atrial diameter less than the control group, there was a significant difference(P<0.05); 2 groups were well controlled blood pressure, there was no significant difference(P>0.05), adverse reactions similar situation, all the patients can tolerate.Conclusions Losartan may be effective in preventing onset of atrial fibrillation on patients with hypertension and slightly increased left atrial, lasting effect, no serious adverse events, can be effectively and safely used in clinically, the mechanism may be improving atrial remodeling.更多还原
