【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病的脑梗死患者全脑血管造影的特点。方法选取26例合并糖尿病的脑梗死患者和24例不合并糖尿病的脑梗死患者(对照组),进行全脑血管造影术,将其结果进行比较。结果糖尿病组和对照组在动脉病变范围及程度和侧支循环代偿上,其结果相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病可导致颅内外广泛而严重病变,且侧支循环代偿差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis cerebral angiography between type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction. Methods We selected the 26 cases of cerebral infarction in diabetic patients and 24 cases of cerebral infarction patients without diabetes(control group). By digital subtraction angiography,We compared their results. Results There was a significant difference in artery therosclerosis between dm group and the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Diabetes can lead to extensive and severe intracranial vascular lesions, and compensatory collateral circulation is poor.更多还原
