【摘要】 目的对鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的临床效果进行探讨。方法 438例鼻息肉患者随机分为观察组232例和对照组206例,对照组采取常规鼻内镜手术,观察组在对照组基础上联合糖皮质激素进行治疗,观察对比两组疗效和并发症情况。结果 两组患者治疗效果和术后头痛、鼻塞、脓涕、嗅觉减退等并发症发生率有差异。结论鼻内镜手术联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉疗效明显,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with corticosteroids treatment of nasal polyps. Methods 438 cases of nasal polyps were randomly divided into observation group(232 cases)and control group(206 cases), the two groups were given routine nasal endoscopic surgery, the observation group were given corticosteroids treatment on the basis of routine nasal endoscopic surgery. The effect and complications of two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect and postoperative such as headache, stuffy nose, pus stuff and hyposmia are different between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with corticosteroids treatment of nasal polyps is obviously good, safe and reliable.更多还原
