一种大气氙取样器电控系统的设计
Design of Electric Control System of an Atmospheric Xenon Sampler
【摘要】 为实现对大气中氙的自动取样,设计了一套基于工业计算机与可编程控制器的氙取样器电控系统。该系统上位机采用组态软件Kingwiew6.3实现与各设备的通讯:通过RS-485总线通信方式实时监控并采集温控器温度信息;通过以太网监控下位机逻辑可编程控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)的运行状态,实时采集各气路电磁阀开关状态信息、压力及流量数据。下位机PLC按流程需要设定控制程序,实现对各类仪器设备的控制及模拟量数据的采集。系统具备自动报警、自动报表、数据查询、连续自动取样、手动/自动切换控制等功能,已成功应用于大气氙取样器系统中。
【Abstract】 Monitoring of radioactive xenon in the atmosphere is greatly important in identification of nuclear activities.Prior atmospheric xenon samplers were usually operated manually,which is costing and laboring.We developed an electric control system for a xenon sampler which enables 24-hour continuous sampling.The system is based on an industrial personal computer and a programmable logic control(PLC)system.The upper computer was designed with Kingview6.3to communicate with various lower devices,including temperature controllers,which are connected through RS-485bus,to provide real-time thermostat temperature information,and the lower PLC,which is linked through Ethernet,to monitor the state of each valve switch and to collect the pressure and flow data of the xenon sampler.We formulated a control program for the lower PLC according to the sampling procedures,and achieved the control of all kinds of instruments and analog data collection.The system was designed to have the functions of automatically alarming,automatically data recording,reporting and querying,continuously sampling,manual/automatic control,and has been successfully used in an atmospheric xenon sampler system.
