【Abstract】 After that the necessity of the new urbanization and a variety of problems have been expressed this article further points out that the urbanization is a large system engineering which should solve various problems calmly and objectively. Although the goal of the new urbanization has been proposed, the idea is not clear, the blue-print is not perfect, preparations are inadequate currently this end.
