【摘要】 目的探索医护人员药事服务工作量的评定方法,为新医改公立医院增设药事服务费提供数据支持。方法通过查阅文献及专家咨询确定药事服务工作量评定参数和评定方法,采用自制问卷调查表调查临床医师及护士获取数据,使用SPSS18.0整理数据并进行统计学分析。结果果本研究统计了1621份调查表,其中有766例临床医师,855例护士,临床医师的药事服务工作量点数为0.3737±0.1538,而护士为0.2171±0.0802,临床医师的药事服务工作量点数明显高于护士(P<0.05),对职称分类进行比较发现职称对药事服务工作量点数影响较小(P>0.05)。结论医护人员的药事服务工作量受职称的影响不大,而与工作类别关系较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the evaluation methods of the worklord about Medicine Service Fee,in order to provide data support for adding Medicine Service Fee in public hospitals.Methods This thesis results from consulting documents and expert consultation to determine the parameters of pharmaceutical services workload assessment and evaluation methods the use of self-made questionnaire survey clinicians and nurses access to data,using SPSS18.0 collating data and statistical analysis.Results In this study,The statistics of 1621 questionnaires,of which 766 cases are clinicians and 855 cases of nurses,The pharmacy services work points of the clinicians was 0.3737±0.1538,while the nurse’s was 0.2171±0.0802,pharmacy services workload points of clinician was clear higher than nurses(P<0.05),Further analysis can be found the different professional title hardly has any impact on the pharmaceutical services workload assessment(P>0.05).Conclusion The pharmaceutical services workload is not affected by professional title,while the job categories has more important.更多还原
