【摘要】 目的探讨微型钛板坚固内固定联合颌间牵引治疗颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 121例颌骨骨折患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用微型钛板坚固内固定联合颌间牵引术治疗,对照组仅采用微型钛板坚固内固定术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组治疗后优良率分别为98.37%和88.12%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组和对照组治疗后不良反应率分别为1.61%和11.86%。结论微型钛板坚固内固定联合颌间牵引治疗颌骨骨折疗效显著,适合进行临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rigid internal fixation using mini titanium plate combined with intermaxillary traction in treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods One hundred and twenty-one cases with jaw fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with rigid internal fixation using titanium mini plate combined with intermaxillary traction while the control group was treated with only titanium mini plate rigid internal fixation.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 98.37% in the experimental group which was better than that(88.12%) in the control group(P < 0.01).The rates of adverse reactions were 1.61% and 11.86% in the experimental and control groups,respectively.Conclusion The curative effect of internal fixation with miniature titanium plate in treatment of jaw bone fracture is distinct.It is suitable for clinical promotion.更多还原
