【摘要】 目的建立消肿止痛膏的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中白芷、当归、细辛、姜黄进行定性鉴别。用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对白芷中有效成分欧前胡素进行定量测定,填充剂为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶,甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长300 nm。结果 TLC法鉴别白芷、细辛、姜黄,斑点清晰,分离度好,易于区别;欧前胡素平均加样回收率为97.87%,RSD=2.55%(n=6)。结论所建立的标准可用于消肿止痛膏的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up the quality standard of Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster. Methods TLC was applied in the qualitative identification of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Asari Radix Et Rhizoma and Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, while HPLC was adopted to quantitatively determine the imperatorin content in Angelicae Dahuricae Radix. Octadecylsilane bonded silica served as the filler, methanol- water( 55 ∶ 45) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min, and the detection wavelength was 300 nm.Results Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Asari Radix Et Rhizoma and Curcumae Longae Rhizoma could be identified by TLC with clear spots and good separation,which was easy to be distinguished; the average recovery rate of imperatorin was 97. 87%, RSD = 2. 5%( n = 6).Conclusion The established standard can be used in the quality control of Xiaozhong Zhitong Plaster.更多还原
